Joseph Tillotson speech, 1905 March.

Account of the siege at Vicksburg, written by Joseph Tillotson, 23rd Regiment, Wisconsin Volunteers. The account was delivered in March 1905 to the G.A.R. Post No. 9 in Baraboo, Wis. In this account, Tillotson recounts his experiences during the siege and the period of time leading up to it. He also recounts his experiences at the battle of Champion Hill, crossing the Mississippi, and the capturing Vicksburg.
